Biography
Dr. Nikhila R. Raol received her MD degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (2008) and her Master of Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health (2015). Her postgraduate medical training included an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Residency at Baylor College of Medicine (2013) and a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (2016). She works as an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery faculty member for the Department of Otolaryngologys Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology within the Emory Clinic, based at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
Research
Dr. Raol is currently studying how to improve outcomes in children with pediatric feeding disorder. Specifically, populations of interest are children with congenital heart disease and those with ankyloglossia.
