The October, November and December K-Clubs will be a 3-part series based on an excellent webinar recently hosted by the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) and presented by Jaime S. Rubin, PhD, Vice Chair for Investigator Development, Department of Medicine, Columbia University Medical Center, titled Transitioning to Research Independence: Funding and Grantsmanship for Newly Independent Investigators. Each month we will focus on one topic covered in this webinar, highlighting key concepts and pausing to allow invited panelists to provide their perspective and input on those topics.
