Getting Started in Bioinformatics Data Analysis

This seminar is a high-level overview for clinicians, researchers, and scientists on analytical workflow for high-throughput data, including genome-wide association study (GWAS), gene expression, DNA methylation, microbiome, and single-cell RNA-seq. The overview will focus on biological motivation, popular software tools, and basic data analysis procedures. Collaborative and educational resources will also be introduced.
