Emory OCR
The Office for Clinical Research is only involved in the pre-award process for pediatric research when the study includes Emory billable items or services (clinical activities occurring at an Emory Healthcare or Grady facility).
For Department of Pediatrics faculty:
- Peds RAS will facilitate the OCR submission process
- OCR will prepare a Prospective Reimbursement Analysis (PRA)
- Peds RAS will complete the budget and negotiations (if necessary)
For PIs from other departments:
- your RAS unit will route the study documents to OCR
- OCR will prepare the PRA and budget
- OCR will negotiate the budget (if necessary)
