The BD FACSymphony™ system is a novel cell analyzer that leverages the inherent benefits of flow cytometry and enables the simultaneous measurement of up to 28 different characteristics of a single cell. The CytoFLEX system brings you easily upgradeable detection capabilities for up to 4 lasers and 13 color research flow cytometry right on your bench top. Providing quality and performance at any configuration, the CytoFLEX system provides powerful sensitivity and resolution for the simple to the most challenging applications. CytoFLEX delivers and surpasses capabilities expected in top tier analyzers, with excellent performance and nanoparticle resolution. The Hooded Claw has a 488-nm, 561nm, 633-nm,and 405-nm lasers, it can only be run using 96-well plates. 

The Cytek Aurora CS was designed to leverage the paradigm-shifting technology onboard the Cytek Aurora system and deliver the sorting capabilities you have come to expect in a high-end sorter.

Like Aurora, the CS provides the benefits of Full Spectrum Profiling (FSP™) technology. Its optical design and unmixing algorithm provide scientists remarkable flexibility, enabling the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system for each application. The state-of-the-art optics and low-noise electronics provide high-resolution, high-content and high sensitivity.

The result is a system that delivers high resolution at the single cell level to resolve the most challenging cell populations, such as cells with high autofluorescence or low levels of expression of key biomarkers, regardless of assay complexity, and to isolate live cells for downstream studies.

This BD™ FACS Aria II SORP is a five-laser benchtop cell sorter has the ability to acquire up to 18 colors and to sort up to 4 populations at once. The Mean Machine has a  488-nm, 561nm, 633-nm, 405-nm, and 355-nm lasers. Each laser has a spatially separated beam spot. Light is transmitted by fiber optics to an innovative Octagon detector array with user-interchangeable reflective dichroics and optically matched bandpass filters that produce increased sensitivity. Multicolor experiments have now gotten easier by running them on the BD™ FACS Aria II SORP. We can sort into a variety of collection tubes. Click here for further information.

Integrating Flow Cytometry and Microscopy to  Advance Discovery

Amnis® imaging flow cytometers combine the speed and sample size of flow cytometry with the resolution and sensitivity of microscopy in a single instrument platform unlike any other available for cell analysis. With up to 12 channels for each cell in a population, microscopic images provide qualitative and quantitative image data of every event acquired in flow.

The core provides 2 offline workstations to analyze your data (Free of charge).  All computers have a range of software that covers both flow and image analysis.
