The CytoFLEX system brings you easily upgradeable detection capabilities for up to 4 lasers and 13 color research flow cytometry right on your bench top. Providing quality and performance at any configuration, the CytoFLEX system provides powerful sensitivity and resolution for the simple to the most challenging applications. CytoFLEX delivers and surpasses capabilities expected in top tier analyzers, with excellent performance and nanoparticle resolution. The Hooded Claw has a 488-nm, 561nm, 633-nm,and 405-nm lasers, it can only be run using 96-well plates. 

This BD™ LSR II is five-laser benchtop flow cytometer has the ability to acquire up to 18 colors. The Army Surplus Special has a  488-nm, 561nm, 633-nm, 405-nm, and 355-nm lasers. Each laser has a spatially separated beam spot. Light is transmitted by fiber optics to an innovative Octagon detector array with user-interchangeable reflective dichroics and optically matched bandpass filters that produce increased sensitivity. Multicolor experiments have now gotten easier by running them on the BD LSR II.

This BD™ LSR II is four-laser benchtop flow cytometer has the ability to acquire up to 15 colors. The Bouldermobile has a  488-nm, 561nm, 633-nm, and 405-nm lasers. Each laser has a spatially separated beam spot. Light is transmitted by fiber optics to an innovative Octagon detector array with user-interchangeable reflective dichroics and optically matched bandpass filters that produce increased sensitivity. Multicolor experiments have now gotten easier by running them on the BD LSR II.

This BD™ FACS Aria II SORP is a five-laser benchtop cell sorter has the ability to acquire up to 18 colors and to sort up to 4 populations at once. The Mean Machine has a  488-nm, 561nm, 633-nm, 405-nm, and 355-nm lasers. Each laser has a spatially separated beam spot. Light is transmitted by fiber optics to an innovative Octagon detector array with user-interchangeable reflective dichroics and optically matched bandpass filters that produce increased sensitivity. The benchtop SH800S cell sorter permits sorting of a wide range of cell sizes for many applications using the 100-μm or 130-μm microfluidic sorting chips. This novel, chip-based design is fully integrated with comprehensive fluidics controls and advanced automation for set-up, acquisition, sort and analysis to make sorting less subjective, more precise and easier to perform.

System software is intuitive and supports sorting into tubes and 96- and 384-well plates. The software generates FCS 3.0 and FCS 3.1 files that can be exported to third party analysis tools.

This is a USER operated Cell Sorter, you are able to be trained to operate this independently subject to having appropiate level of anlaysis and/or cell sorting experience. 

Integrating Flow Cytometry and Microscopy to  Advance Discovery

Amnis® imaging flow cytometers combine the speed and sample size of flow cytometry with the resolution and sensitivity of microscopy in a single instrument platform unlike any other available for cell analysis. The Luminex® 100/200™ System is a flexible analyzer based on the principles of flow cytometry.

The system enables you to multiplex (simultaneously measure) up to 100 analytes in a single microplate well, using very small samples. The system delivers fast and cost-effective bioassay results on many assay formats including nucleic acid assays, receptor-ligand assays, immunoassays, and enzymatic assays.

Zellscanner ONE is a completely automated microscope scanner based on robust Zeiss hardware equiped with additional features like 32bit HDR imaging, optimized filtersets and high-speed data connections for transmission of large amounts of image data.

The core provides 2 offline workstations to analyze your data (Free of charge).  Both computers have a range of software that covers both flow and image analysis.
