Immunology Core

Overview

The goal of the Immunology Core is to provide the instrumentation and expertise to allow investigators to apply immunological-based assays to their research.

Available Applications

  • Enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot (ELISPOT) assays
  • Luminex multiplex bead arrays
  • Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA)
  • Intracellular staining by flow cytometry including consultation, design, and performance of the assay
  • Real-time PCR including primer design
  • Isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and/or other specimen processing for clinical trials

 

Training and consultation are available to investigators who need assistance developing an assay or service.

All abstracts, publications, grant proposals, and other related documents made possible through the use of this core must cite “Emory+Children’s Pediatric Research Center Immunology Core” in the acknowledgements section of the manuscript.
