Seminar: Novel Epigenetic Assays

Location: ECC Conference Room 202

Epigenetic mechanisms play a key role in defining gene regulation programs in disease. Examining genome-wide changes in the epigenetic landscape can be the first step in determining the mechanisms contributing to your disease model. Active Motif provides technologies like ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and RNA-seq to identify histone post-translational modifications, transcription factor binding, chromatin structure, and the resulting changes in gene expression. Come learn about epigenetic tools that can be used to enhance your research.
