Learning Objectives
Following the education, the learner will be able to:

  • Discuss how adult-directed behavior in children stimulates infant-directed behavior in adults over the first three years of life.
  • Identify emerging differences in infant-caregiver dyadic interaction between autism and typical development.
  • Consider how developmental changes in infant-caregiver interaction may inform strategies for early intervention.
