Healthcare Innovation Seed Grants
Deadline: LOI's and application deadlines are usually in the fall and spring each year.
Amount: Preliminary Study Grants: $25,000 for no more than one year and Complete Study Grants: $25,000 for no more than two years
The Healthcare Innovation Seed Grant program funds multi-investigator, multi-disciplinary teams examining healthcare services and clinical effectiveness. Awards will support innovative approaches that address issues of healthcare quality, costs, and/or access that are consistent with the goals of the HIP. Two types of seed grants will be offered: Preliminary Study Grants or Complete Project Grants
Preliminary Study Grants - Should include the questions to be addressed, methods to be used, data sources, and how the study results will lead to subsequent external sponsorship or a clinical effectiveness study.
Complete Study Grants: Should include the questions to be addressed, methods to be used, data sources, and how the study will answer the questions being addressed.
